PERFECTLY WHITE

ŚMIG A-2, both in the form of wet mortar and finished plaster, is white.

FLEXIBLE AND CRACKING RESISTANT

The finish coat of ŚMIG A-2, after drying and setting, is highly flexible and resistant to cracks. ATTENTION! The product achieves structural stability, flexibility and adequate adhesion only after complete drying and completion of the setting process.

ECONOMICAL AND COMFORTABLE TO USE

The finish coat ŚMIG A-2 is intended for immediate use right after opening the package. Work can be interrupted at any time by carefully closing the bucket. The plaster can be reused after the next opening. ŚMIG A-2 should be applied straight from the bucket without any preparatory treatments. This significantly increases the comfort of work and contributes to time savings of up to 10% (by omitting a number of activities related to the preparation of traditional gypsum mortars). Thanks to the possibility of using the entire contents of the bucket, the mass is also more economical than traditionally prepared mortars.

High adhesion to the substrate

The adhesion of the ŚMIG A-2 finish coat to the ground definitely exceeds the requirements of the standard.

Layer thickness up to 5 mm

Thanks to the possibility of using a very thin layer – thinner than 1 mm, the material consumption can be reduced during operation. The maximum thickness of a single layer applied is up to 5 mm. In the case of thicker layers, after drying, cracks may appear on the surface.

Drying time 2 hours

The drying time of the mortar is approx. 1-2 hours for a 1 mm thick layer and approx. 24 hours for a 5 mm thick layer (at a temperature of + 20 ° C with good ventilation). The drying time may be lengthened or shortened depending on temperature and humidity. Temperature below + 10 ° C stops the bonding reaction.

Reservations

ŚMIG A-2 is suitable only for indoor use. The product should not be applied to metals, plastics and glass. The plaster should not be used in rooms where the air humidity permanently exceeds 70%. Moisture that appears periodically, for example in laundries, kitchens or bathrooms, is not harmful. Adequate ventilation of the rooms should be ensured while the mortar is drying. The product should not be used for filling cavities deeper than 5 mm. If necessary, mix before use.

Packaging

The product is packed and sold in 1.5, 5, 15 and 20 kg plastic buckets. Buckets should be stored in a dry room at a temperature of 0 to + 40 ° C, preferably on pallets. The stacking of pallets is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition may expose the goods to destruction, and people in the vicinity may lose their life or health.

GUARANTEE

The shelf life of the product is maximum 12 months from the production date shown on the packaging. During this period, the manufacturer guarantees that the specified product properties will be met, provided that it has been properly stored and used in accordance with its intended purpose, guidelines and in compliance with the principles of good construction practice and health and safety regulations.

The product has a Declaration of Performance and an Attestation of the National Institute of Hygiene.
